American racer Carter Williams will race with JHR Developments in the 2020 BRDC British F3 Championship, after confirming his deal to join the grid late last week.
In doing do, the 21-year-old continues his relationship with the team he raced with in the 2019 F4 British Championship. Williams was a regular frontrunner in British F4 with three wins to his name.
Williams joins JHR for a limited programme of events this year in the BRDC British F3 Championship.
Williams said: “I am pleased to announce that I have signed once again with JHR Developments for the 2020 race season in BRDC British F3. I am excited to be teaming up with Steven and the team again for 2020 and looking forward to continuing our success from British F4 last season.
“I will be doing extensive testing of the JHR F3 car as well as some limited 2020 race events as my budget will allow. I am excited to be back in the U.K. and I would like to thank all of my partners, supporters and fans for this opportunity. Stay tuned, it will be a short but awesome year!”
