Sunday 2 August 2020

The third race of the opening weekend of the BRDC British F3 Championship at Oulton Park starts at 12.30, with the coming encounter set to be streamed live on the British F3 website and Facebook page. Click here to follow the action from 12.30.

Louis Foster starts on pole position for race three, with the grid for this race decided by each driver's second fastest time in qualifying. Foster's second best time put him 0.082s ahead of Carlin's Kaylen Frederick, and both drivers suffered 10 second time penalties for false starts in yesterday's opening encounter, so will be out to make amends this time around.

Frederick's teammate Nazim Azman will start third again ahead of Douglas Motorsport's race one podium finisher Ulysse De Pauw, while Oliver Clarke lines up fifth for Hillspeed. Guilherme Peixoto starts sixth for Carlin, with race two podium man Bart Horsten seventh for Lanan Racing.

Early championship leader Kiern Jewiss starts from eighth place ahead of Nico Varrone's Chris Dittmann Racing car, with Reece Ushijima completing the top-10 for Hitech GP. The top-10 are separated by 0.453s on second best times, with the entire field covered by 0.878s.
