Race three starts at 9.30 - Foster on pole

Sunday 4 October 2020

The third race of the BRDC British F3 Championship weekend at Snetterton starts at 09.30, with Double R Racing's Louis Foster starting on pole.

The grid for race three is formed by each driver's second quickest lap times from qualifying, with Foster claiming a double pole in the session.

Foster was due to be joined on the front row by Hillspeed's Sasakorn Chaimongkol, but the Thai driver has been handed a five place grid penalty for causing a collision in race two, and therefore drops to seventh on the grid. That promotes championship challenger Kaylen Frederick onto the front row, with Foster's teammate Benjamin Pedersen third and Douglas Motorsport's Manaf Hijjawi fourth.

Hijjawi's teammate Ulysse De Pauw starts fifth ahead of Carlin's Nazim Azman, with Chaimongkol and Chris Dittmann Racing's Josh Skelton forming row four. Alex Fores (Chris Dittmann Racing) and championship leader Kush Maini (Hitech GP) complete the race three grid top-10.

The race will be streamed live on BritishF3.com, as well as the series Facebook and YouTube pages. The full grid is shown below:
