Young British ace Johnathan Hoggard will graduate to the BRDC British F3 Championship with Fortec Motorsport in 2019.
He makes the step up from British F4 after a hugely impressive 2018 campaign which saw him take a total of eight victories and six pole positions on his way to third overall in the championship standings.
A remarkable second half of the season saw him score more points than any other driver, set a new lap record at Knockhill and end the year having led the most laps across the season, narrowly missing out the championship record since its inception in 2015.
After the conclusion of the F4 campaign, Hoggard experienced his first taste of the Tatuus-Cosworth British F3 car at Silverstone, and immediately impressed by setting the fastest time in the rain-affected third test session ahead of the final round of the season in October.
